Hiding Place

Planet Art were commissioned to work with Mary Elliot school students and staff to develop an art work for the new school. The idea from the students to create a place where they could hide from staff and each other.

As students had additional needs the move for a lot of the children would be traumatic so the staff wanted to create a piece which would be made in the old school but installed in the new, allowing the children to find something of they had created in the new build and identify with.
