The brief was to provide a central landscape feature which defined the centre of Bentley, drew on its history and provide a focal point.

Planet Art worked with local traders, Highways, Walsall Council, history centre, and 5 local schools to develop ideas for the work which was part of the regeneration programme for Bentley.
